MUSCLE TONE
Our staff have integrated a programme of exercise specifically aimed at muscle toning using a set range of equipment and methods to increase lean muscle tone whilst including an aerobic element to stimulate fat loss and improve body definition.


CORE STRENGTH
At CiC we firmly appriciate the value and importance of core strength and abdominal conditioning, as such we provide various training plans utilising the latest methods for gaining good core stability and specific equipment to maintain a strong mid section.
